Welcome to ScanMe AI : Check Results ("we", "us", "our", "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Entertainment Purposes Only

The App uses AI/ML to generate results such as estimated weight, age, height, gender, luck score, rich score, love score, and celebrity match, based on a photo you provide. These results are generated for entertainment and novelty purposes only. They are NOT:

- Medical, health, or fitness advice or diagnosis
- Financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind
- Guaranteed to be scientifically or factually accurate

Do not rely on any result from the App to make decisions about your health, finances, relationships, or any other important matter. Always consult a qualified professional for such decisions.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Photos and Content You Provide

- You are solely responsible for any photo you take or upload using the App.
- You must only use photos of yourself or photos you have the right and permission to use.
- Do not use the App to process photos of other people without their consent.
- Do not upload or attempt to process illegal, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Photos are processed on-device and are not uploaded to our servers (see our Privacy Policy for details).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Interfere with the App's ads, in-app purchases (if any), or normal functioning
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App

5. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising, delivered through Google AdMob. Ads may appear at various points while using the App (including, but not limited to, native ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, and app-open ads). By using the App, you agree to the display of such ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ad partners handle data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the App's design, logos, graphics, text, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not granted any rights to this content beyond normal use of the App as intended.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on the App's entertainment-only results.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Firebase, Google ML Kit) which have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of the App is also subject to those third parties' terms where applicable.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any feature of it) at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
